Description
The DW3 Drill Winch is a compact lifting and lowering device for use with personnel and materials. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including work at height, rescue, confined space operations, rigging, and materials handling. We strongly recommend the use of an additional back-up device if used for lifting persons.
When used with a suitable drill, the DW3 incorporates an 8:1 gearing system, allowing loads of up to 200kg to be lifted on an appropriate 10.5mm or 11mm rope. For efficient and controlled operation, a brushless drill with a minimum torque rating of 100Nm and a battery capacity in excess of 5.0Ah is recommended.
Each unit is supplied in a hard plastic protective case and includes spare hex keys. All devices are individually serial numbered to aid inspection records and traceability.
