8mm Tec Reep Cord from Teufelberger is a high-performance 8mm technical cord certified to EN 564:2023. Combining an ultra-lightweight floating UHMWPE core with a durable, abrasion-resistant sheath, it delivers exceptional strength whilst maintaining minimal weight and bulk.
Its extremely low elongation and excellent strength-to-weight ratio make it particularly well suited to lightweight anchor systems, technical rescue applications and specialist rigging. Popular with mountain rescue, wilderness rescue and other high-mobility teams, Tec Reep is ideal where equipment weight and pack size are critical considerations.
