SAR product designs have already been crudely copied by other companies but without the technical knowledge leading to the end product and as usual missing some of the vital detail just to reduce the cost. SAR is the MCA (UK Maritime Coastguard Agency) preferred supplier for Technical PPE and Rescue Equipment e.g. Harnesses, Stretchers, Quadpod’s, Rescue Strops, Slings, Helmets, Pulleys and Rope Locks, etc. It is also the Preferred supplier to PGL with the new MERLIN Sit and Chest harness and link sling’s used in all their centres for outdoor activities in the UK and parts of Europe.

SAR equipment is being used more and more by the Telecommunication and Electrical supply companies throught the world.
In the Far East, Oil refineries and Gas Companies are using and being trained to use the SAR equipment in both Technical Access and Technical Rescue. SAR also supplies and trains throughout the Middle East and India.
