The SAR technical rope glove has been designed with the user in mind and not just as a rappelling glove.
Normal rappelling gloves are thick, stiff, bulky and heavy and once the rappel has finished they have to be removed for other work.
The SAR glove can be kept on and used as a general purpose glove. With its cut off thumb and first finger it can be used on screw gate karabiners and other jobs that require fingertip control such as triggers and flip switches, etc.
It is made up of superior grip Proton palm with a Kevlar wrap construction on the inside of each of the four fingers.
The glove has a knitted fabric back to give stretch and a comfortable fit and has a Velcro wrist fastening tab
